Mobile control post PU-12М7

Mobile control post PU-12М7 (article 9S482М7) is designed for control automation of anti-aircraft air defence units combat actions when parked and on the move. The article 9S482М7 ensures battery automated control of anti-aircraft missile and anti-aircraft artillery systems of short range:

• “Tor-M1 (M2Э)”
• “Osa-АК(АКМ)”;
• “Strela-10М2(10М3)”;
• “Тunguska-М1”;
• “Shilka”;
• PAAMS “Igla” and storage device“SD-23” using automated control means.

The article 9S482М7 ensures RI reception and processing from:

• digital RS of the following types: “Кasta-2Е2”, “Кupol”, “Garmon”, P-18-2.
• analogue RS of the following types: P-18, P-15NМ, P-19, P-40А, “Кasta-2Е1”.

The article 9S482М7 article may be used as:

• command post of anti-aircraft missile battery;
• command post of anti-aircraft missile battalion;
• command post of anti-aircraft missile regiment.

The article 9S482М7 is an autonomous complex that includes automation and communication equipment, power supply and life-support complex installed on the chassis of wheeled armored carrier BTR-80.

The article 9S482М7 may be additionally equipped with airborne object detection and tracking complex including:

• optoelectronic system;
• radar station;
• radio technical reconnaissance station.

The article 9S482М7 is equipped with air object detection and tracking complex:

• it is intended to control of grouping against UAVs,
• it is able to solve control tasks with means of reconnaissance and destruction, coordinate actions of subordinate facilities on dealing of air attacks,
• it ensures control of ACD ground control posts and ground facilities for functional (electromagnetic) destruction of air attacks weapon avionics.
